Liverpool have condemned the actions of Liverpool fans who threw bottles at rivals United’s bus on the way to Anfield yesterday on Sunday.

In addition, Liverpool announced that they will conduct an investigation into the above incident, and that severe action will be taken against the fans who are found guilty.

According to video footage that has surfaced on social media, Liverpool fans threw water bottles at the windscreen of the United bus on its way to Anfield.

It’s not the first time Liverpool fans have thrown a rival team bus. In 2018, Manchester City’s team bus was attacked while traveling to Anfield for a Champions League quarter-final match.

The Liverpool team bus is also 2023. In April, he was attacked by Manchester City fans after playing at the Etihad Stadium.

Liverpool could not beat United in the Anfield match last night and could only play to a goalless draw. Due to the draw, Liverpool handed over the top spot to Arsenal.
